Message: As a delegate, one represents their Local at various functions throughout the United States and Canada. At these seminars or conventions, delegates vote on issues that affect all of us here at home, hence the position of delegate must be one of knowledge, experience, and integrity. One must also be able to look at the entire spectrum of the issue, not only the issues that may have only temporary results. As your delegate, I promise to look at the long term effects as well as what may  benefit us on a short term basis.
