Guestbook Entry: On Monday, January 26, 2004, I was driving into UTSA, when I had a flat tire. The only thing I could think of was call my husband and pull into the local fire station so I would be safe. I had my 5-month-old daughter with me at the time, so I pulled into the fire station on Babcock Road close to 1604. Unfortunately, they were out at a fire and I had to wait until they returned or until my husband could get there (all the way from Bandera). About 20 minutes later they returned and gladly helped me out. I just wanted say thank you to John Bussey. He helped me get back on our way to school. How do I go about doing this?

Subject: Mentoring at Father Flanagan's Girls and Boys Town
Date: Tuesday, August 05, 2003
Guestbook Entry: The children here at Father Flanagan's Girls and Boys Town are in need of mentors. I thought who better to turn to then those of you that serve our community and country in such caring and heroic measures. You would be such an inspiration!! As well as helping a child academically you would more importantly be showing that you care for them. We are centrally located downtown and easily accessible. Just take the Durango exit off 35 and turn left on to the Urban Loop. For more details about mentoring a child just one hour a week please call Susan Urban at 210.271.3131 or e-mail me at urbans@boystown.org. Thank you for all the work you do in keeping others safe. God Bless you.
