Sheryl Sculley Has Near Heart Attack After Being Ordered to Testify by District Court

THE HIGH-PRICED, HIGH-POWERED CITY ATTORNEYS LOSE FOR THE 3RD TIME.
The City’s attempt to stop or abate the Firefighters' cross action was denied. Firefighters want the public to hear and know the truth. Why doesn't Sheryl Sculley or Ivy Taylor want to speak to the issues UNDER OATH?
The City Attorneys threatened the court, saying they will be back as these depositions are taken and asking the court to micro-manage the process. WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE?
Firefighters and Paramedics are on the front-lines everyday, saving lives and protecting property of the citizens of San Antonio. Every single action we take is under public scrutiny and we must justify our actions in court and elsewhere. Every other public official should be held to the same standard (including Sheryl Sculley and Ivy Taylor).
THE CITY MANAGER TOLD COUNCIL SHE LOOKS FORWARD TO DEPOSING PRESIDENT STEELE UNDER OATH.
President Steele said, “I look forward to that day, I welcome that day, I have nothing to hide. I will NOT send my attorneys to the courtroom and try to block my deposition. I’ll be wearing my bells and my purple tie."
For the City of San Antonio to file suit against firefighters, lose their lawsuit in court, appeal that loss and then attempt to not allow innocent firefighters (who were sued) to question their accusers shows the arrogance and disrespect of the city leaders for RIGHT vs WRONG.
The San Antonio Professional Firefighters Association (SAPFFA) made a promise to the citizens of San Antonio when the city was handed its first loss by Judge Tanner: If the city would drop the lawsuit, SAPFFA would be at the table in 30 days or less. THAT OFFER STILL STANDS. Fire and Police are ready to go. WE ARE READY TO BARGAIN.
The city has lost 3 times and has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. That's a ton of streets they can't repair now. Remember that when you hit a pothole.
IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE TAX PAYERS OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, MAYOR IVY TAYLOR SHOULD DROP THE LAWSUIT AND GET BACK TO NEGOTIATIONS.
CALL MAYOR TAYLOR AT (210) 207-7107 AND HOLD HER ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
